August 26 - Marstrand to Molle, Sweden
Friday, 26 September 2008 21:59

It was pouring down with rain when we woke up in the morning which gave us the excuse to lie in. By 9.30 am it had eased and we hurriedly pack our things and put down the tent, while Adrian as usual enjoyed his DVD. As internet was available f.o.c. Alison was quite happy to stay for as long as it took to eat breakfast and wash the dishes.

Right on 12 noon we were out of the campsite and in the town. Unfortunately the weather was too wet for us to hang around and after taking some photos we decided to move further south. We continued on the E06 towards Malmo and a few kilometers out of Goterburg we stopped for lunch at a rest area while the weather turned for the better. We went through the centre of Goterburg but decided to press on southwards.

At Angelholm we turned in and left the E06 to get some cash and provisions. We had to go back to the E06 as the coastal road to Molle was closed and took the next road off the E06 to Molle. By that time the sky was clear and sun was shining bright. Molle is a lovely village with nice houses on its cliffs and I could only wish!

We camped at First Camp Molle which turned out to be a very well equipped campsite and the only one with the tent pitches leveled. Adrian had a wonderful time at the playground with 3 German kids and pestered them to play with him. We had an early night hoping that tomorrow would be a fine day.
